Who belongs to the Universal Body of Christ?

Jesus answered these questions when He said
"Behold My mother and My brethren! For whosoever shall do the will of My Father,
which is in Heaven, the same is My brother, and sister, and mother."

Again Jesus said
"Not everyone that saith unto Me, Lord, Lord,
shall enter into the Kingdom of Heaven;
but he that doeth the will of My Father, which is in Heaven."
