Pray without ceasing.

Ask for His Help in everything.

James said "You receive not because you ask not."
Jesus said "Ask and you shall receive."

Don't first try to do something
and when the going gets rough, then ask for His help.
Instead ask for His Guidance and help
before you begin to do something.

Jesus said,
"Ask anything in My Name and I will do it to glorify the Father."
